    If I'm not mistaken, you have the answer to your question on the 2nd blue link under your question ► Here, and more specifically, the software can be found ► On this link (in the displayed message ► You need to click on Download anyway....I just tried it and it works)

    For your information ► By default, the software installs in the hidden files of Windows....to find it, just type Budget Plus in your search bar ► Open file location and you will have its exact location, then create a shortcut to the desktop and that's it ...

      Edit ► I made a mistake earlier because the Budget Plus CIC software installs correctly in Programs (86) but under the name Filbanque ...something I was unaware of, but it was still possible to find a shortcut in the hidden files ......

      Its executable is the one indicated at the end of the arrow, and put the shortcut on the desktop
