How to get sound from a PS4 connected to a PC monitor

Hello, I bought myself a computer monitor to play on the PlayStation, but the only problem is that I have no sound. So does anyone know what I need to get sound? Thanks.

    What model of PS4?

    Very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room.
    Especially when it's not there...
