Les touches "azer" du clavier ne fonctionnent plus

Hello everyone,

for a few days now, the "azer" keys on my Lenovo Ideapad 330s have been deactivating, and then sometimes they start working again at the same time.

I searched through the entire forum and found no problem that is 100% similar to mine, and no solutions that work.

Sometimes, when I disable the French language on the keyboard in the settings, and then re-download and reactivate it, the azer keys start working again (but they deactivate shortly after, like just now for example, my keys started working again while I was using the on-screen keyboard a minute ago...)

Why is it that these 4 keys next to each other are the ones that deactivate? How can I find out where the problem comes from and fix it?

Thank you

see you soon

    Hello,

Most often, it’s crumbs, dust, or any other debris that gets stuck between the keyboard and the key itself.

You turn the PC upside down after making sure to turn it off and unplug it from any power source, then you tap on the back and you’ll see crumbs fall out.

You put it back upright, plug it in, and see.

      Hello

The crumb isn't when the button stops working when you press it?

When we deactivate and then reactivate the software and it changes, we tend to think it's software, and when it changes by itself, we hesitate between software and hardware.

We understand that they are looking for a good moment; personally, we will let the floor to the more experienced.
