No sound in the Gigaset CL660A handset

Hello,

I just bought a Gigaset CL660 with an answering machine. Problem: I can't hear my callers through the handset. How can I fix this? Thank you all for your help.

    Hello,

    As a first step, if this device is connected to a router, reset it.

    To do this, turn off the power supply to the router for one minute, then turn it back on.

    It’s very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room.
    Especially when it isn’t there...
