Hello,

I no longer have access to GIFs on Instagram in conversations and I don't know why, help!!

I have an up-to-date iPhone and the same goes for the app.

When I go to the chat, I see the microphone, image, and + button in the bottom right corner, but when I click on + nothing appears except the cross to close the option (see screens)

Hello

Apart from waiting for it to come back (sometimes bugs fix themselves after a while) or reporting the issue to Instagram, I think there's not much you can do… sorry.
