Hello,

It all started with the receipt of an email:

"Bonjour,

We have temporarily placed your Amazon account on hold and canceled any pending orders or subscriptions because we detected unusual activity on it.

To restore access to your account, sign in and follow on-screen instructions. Once you have provided the required information, we will review it and respond within 24 hours.

We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.
"

When I try to log in from Amazon.fr, a window opens displaying this message:

Change country to resolve the issue

To continue shopping, you need to resolve an issue related to one of your other Amazon accounts.

Then I end up on Amazon.com, I change the region to return to Amazon.fr, try to log in again, and so on in a loop

I am logged out of all my devices and have my VPN disabled, I found nothing on the internet and cannot contact support without logging in...

I only have one account.

Regards

Hello

We are truly sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you.

You need to resolve an issue related to one of your other Amazon accounts. Change the country to fix the issue.

Amazon is currently having an issue with your login countries, please be patient.

It seems that only Amazon can resolve this problem once they receive the correct information.
