Invisible WiFi on Freebox Pop PC

Hello, I have an HP Pavilion g7, and since I got the Freebox Pop, my Wi-Fi is invisible while it worked perfectly when I had the Revolution. However, with an older PC, it works perfectly, so I bought a 802.11ac Wi-Fi adapter, and miracle, it works.
My question is, does a 802.11ac network card compatible with my PC exist? Because I bought one, and when I install it, the PC starts with a message saying that my card is incompatible, and I can't do anything. I hope I've explained my problem well.
Thank you in advance for your responses.

Hello.
On the Freebox POP, there are two WiFi frequencies (2.4 GHz for older computers and 5 GHz), go to FreeboxOS.
You can separate these two networks by naming one network Freebox 2.4 GHz and the other Freebox 5 GHz, this way your computer may recognize the 2.4 GHz.

Thank you bazfile
I'm on 2.4 GHz and it's been going on for a month. I've already contacted Free more than once and all they can tell me is it's my PC, when it was working fine with the Revolution. I even tried with my neighbor's older PC and it works perfectly.

So it's your network card that has a problem. Free was right; the issue is with your PC. Check if your WiFi network card has an error in the Device Manager. If it's OK, check if its driver is up to date through a detection https://www.driverscloud.com/fr/mes-pilotes
