Tamagotchi spaceship problem, screen stuck.

Hello,

My son turned on his Tamagotchi on Friday 10/02. He took care of it all weekend and this morning (Monday 13/02). This morning, my son left for school without his Tamagotchi, of course. And this evening, there is an alien and it's stuck. Nothing happens when we press the buttons. What should we do?
