Steering wheel impossible to attach to the desk

Hello,
I recently bought a Logitech G25 steering wheel and I have a problem with the screws to attach my wheel to my desk. The left one works well, but the right one, even when I raise it up, I try to turn it pretty tightly, it seems stuck and won't turn, so I can't secure my wheel to my desk.

The office category pertains to software types like word processing, spreadsheets, etc. I have therefore redirected your request to the computer hardware category, due to the lack of a more suitable section.
It may be that the desk plate is too thick (this does not explain why the other screw works). Try using a thinner board.
That said, your issue is more of a DIY problem related to a damaged screw thread. It will likely be difficult for someone to give you advice remotely, even if you post photos, knowing that replacement is not always possible if the screw is embedded in the body of the wheel.
However, if the equipment is new and you purchased it in a store, the best approach is to show it to a sales associate who may be willing to accept an exchange or suggest a solution.
In any case, a subscriber or visitor may have already encountered the problem.
