The cedilla with the QWERTZ keyboard

Hello,
hi, I have a QWERTZ keyboard, a German keyboard on my Mac Pro bought in Germany where I stay for professional reasons several months a year.
Of course, I can type texts in French without any problem but some characters are not directly accessible on the corresponding key, such as é or è, you have to type the symbols separately, so ´+ e, the same for à, ê, etc...
But the c with a cedilla poses a problem in certain applications that do not have a "Special Characters" menu. I could always do a permanent copy-paste that would paste the cedilla but it's quite tedious and annoying.
What is the key combination with a QWERTZ keyboard to directly get the c with a cedilla?
Can we make a script with Automator that allows by a shortcut to insert the cedilla in any application?
Who can advise me?
