Alt + 128 ==> Ç

On Mac
Alt+Shift +ç

Mmmmh... Are you sure about that? On a Mac, it's rather Option 00c7, provided you've previously selected the Unicode (Hex) keyboard layout through the "Input" menu. In short, it's definitely not the simplest solution. ;-)

But 00C7 in hex is 0199 in decimal
In unicode you can also
type in decimal Ç which gives Ç
in hex Ç which also gives Ç
