Prime Video - Constant interruptions!!
Chris -
Since my Prime subscription, which started as soon as it launched, there have been continuous micro-cuts during the match broadcasts.
However, my Freebox Revolution is connected via fiber with an Ethernet cable: so there's no issue coming from there.
Moreover, I brought in a team of technicians at my own expense, as well as a very good friend who is highly knowledgeable in this field, and they all confirmed that I had an excellent reception signal and that the problem was coming from Prime.
Additionally, there is another unbelievable issue: the app on the iPhone doesn't bug, and it's the one that's live; not the TV.
Indeed, if you start both at the same time (TV and app), you'll immediately notice that it's the app that is live, with approximately a 30s to 1 minute lead over the TV.
All it takes is to compare the two displays of the match time.
And to finish, since there is a micro-cut of about 10s every 2-3 minutes (even during halftime), and the image restarts where it was interrupted, in the end the match on TV often ends 8 minutes later than on the app.
For example, tonight during OM-Nice, the second half resumed on TV, VERY PRECISELY 4 minutes after it did on the app.
With all the micro-cuts in the second half, the match on TV ended nearly 8 minutes after the app.
It's a SHAME!!
With the "screen mirroring" function of the iPhone, I wanted to transfer the match to the TV, thus eliminating 2 problems at once: the delay and the micro-cuts.
Unfortunately, it's impossible.
What the HELL is going on, what can I do?
Sincerely.

Hello,
Your issue with Prime may be due to the box. The Prime app on the Freebox Revolution is not great: slow and unresponsive.
If you have an Android TV with Prime included, use that program instead of the Freebox one. The difference is considerable.
As for the interruptions, I understand that it's very inconvenient. One cannot talk about micro interruptions when it lasts 10 seconds. The program has to be paused, somewhat like you can do with a television program. So obviously the delays accumulate and it's no longer true live, even if you haven't missed a second of the match.
What is well understood is clearly stated,
And the words to say it come easily.
