Right mouse wheel click not working on Razer Basilisk V3?

Hello
I have a Razer Basilisk V3 mouse that I've been using for about 3 years. I used to be able to use the "left and right clicks" of the wheel ("side scroll") to switch between virtual desktops on Windows 10 (I can't remember what tool I used). Suddenly, the "right wheel click" no longer allowed me to switch, while the left one still worked.
I tried uninstalling all the mouse drivers in "Mice and other pointing devices" and "Human Interface Devices" found in the device manager.
I then restarted the computer, reconnected my mouse, and installed Razer Synapse software to test the functionality of the right wheel click. I assigned it to open the calculator, as well as the left wheel click. This confirmed that the left wheel click works, but not the right one. I attempted to go through this process on a laptop where the mouse had never been installed, with the same result.

I conclude that the right wheel click no longer works. Do you have any idea what I can do now? Should I follow a repair tutorial? (I can't find one) or should I resign myself to buying a new mouse since I'm no longer under warranty?

Thank you in advance for your help!

    Hello,

    The mouse comes apart.

And it gets cleaned (the electrical contacts)

And the buttons sometimes get replaced.
