The logo on my Razer mouse does not light up.

Hello,
I bought a gaming mouse in Spain: the Razer Deathadder
But there's a bug: the logo doesn't light up, but the wheel does. I activated the light for the logo on Razer Synapse 2.0. I installed the latest version of Razer Synapse of course.

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 54.0.2840.71

    But there's a strange thing when I turn on the PC, the logo lights up for 2 seconds and then turns off, the same thing happens if I unplug the mouse and plug it back in
