Basilisk X hyperspeed mouse not turning on

Hello everyone!

I recently got a Basilisk X Hyperspeed wireless mouse for my desktop PC for Christmas, I tried to connect it but the mouse does not turn on. When I plug in the USB dongle to make it work in 2.4, my PC detects the mouse but it still doesn't light up, no lights are on at all, and I checked and even changed the battery to make sure it works but nothing happens. I also tried installing the drivers but that didn't help (in front of the PC I have a USB 3.0 port and another 2.0). In the back, I have 4 blue USB ports (don't judge me, I can't remember what they're called XD) and 2 regular ones.

(I have a 4.0 USB key for Bluetooth)

    Well, I exchanged the mouse at FNAC and at the customer service, a gentleman and a lady tried to make it work and they couldn't either. So, I was able to exchange it for a Logitech with a cable and I don't regret it. Sorry, everyone, if you were looking for a solution to make this mouse work, but I couldn't do it.
