You need to reconnect the drive (reader...) to your PC, usually, it is an external hard drive.
Reconnect your file history drive

You will see this message if your file history drive has been disconnected for too long. If you are backing up to an external drive (such as a USB drive), make sure it is connected to your PC. If you are backing up to a network location, go to Settings > Update & Security > Back up and reselect the network.
Once you are reconnected, wait for the next scheduled backup to finish or start a backup manually by selecting Settings > Update & Security > Back up > More options > Back up now.
