Hello, for some time now, starting Windows has been difficult, but this morning there was a black screen, only the pointer was present, and after a while, a message (system update) appeared. It lasted for a while, but the screen came back, and for now, it works, but in the event history, I have hundreds of these events?? I'm wondering if I'm infected?

    Hello,

    The error you mentioned comes from Intel Security Assist where isa.exe is located, so you can go to Task Manager > Services, look for Intel(R) Security Assist and disable/stop it. The isaAgentLog errors should disappear..

    Hello and thank you, when I turn on the PC, I have two connection options at the bottom left, either the name of the PC René or Administrator. If I click on René, it's impossible to start; I get a black screen. If I click on ADMINISTRATOR, it connects immediately, and I get the LOGIN page and it works; I have the desktop.
