My PC no longer detects my graphics card.

Hello,

I recently acquired a laptop, the Asus TUF A15 with an RTX 3060. Everything was going well, the games were running smoothly, then one day when I logged back into my PC to launch a game, I noticed something was off, as I was losing a lot of FPS. I checked a few things and discovered a big problem: the PC was not detecting the graphics card. I looked at the drivers: nothing, no updates to be done, and then I checked the device manager and saw that it was showing up as a hidden device, and when I clicked on it, it gave me error 45. Ouch, no way to fix that, so I thought I'd click on uninstall and reset my PC... Big mistake because even after doing that, the card still doesn’t appear in the manager, not even after running driver scans, nothing, GeForce? Nothing either. Yet after checking the BIOS, it is indeed recognized as being in the PC. I am therefore stuck and would appreciate some help; in the meantime, I plan to contact Asus support.

PS: I am on Windows 11

Android / Chrome 109.0.0.0

RESOLVED:

In fact, I came across a reddit post that said it was the Armory Crate software that was causing the problem (it's a pre-installed software that allows you to manage your computer basically) and we discovered that the power-saving mode was blocking your GPU once activated (even after a reboot apparently), you just had to switch your PC to eco mode and then back to normal :)
