Windows no longer detects my network card.

Hello,

After reinstalling Windows 7 on my PC, I can no longer connect to the internet or even detect a Wi-Fi network!

When I click on diagnose the problem in the Network and Sharing Center, it says: "Windows has not detected a properly installed network adapter. If you have a network adapter, you must reinstall the driver."

I notice in my Device Manager that the Network Controller and the Ethernet Controller have the little yellow triangle, so apparently they are no longer installed! I imagine this is what is causing my internet network detection problem? If so, what should I do?

I am very limited in terms of computer manipulation, what should I do? Please explain things to me simply and very precisely (if possible)

I am currently facing financial difficulties and I cannot afford to entrust my PC to a specialist! That’s why I am counting on you, with your highly developed computer skills to enlighten me with your knowledge!! Thank you in advance!!!!

Regarding the laptop:

Dell Inspiron N7010
Windows 7 Home Premium, 32-bit
Intel I3 2.27 GHz processor

Thank you for responding so quickly!
No, I don't have a wifi key on hand, nor an ethernet cable to connect the PC directly to my box.
However, I have my second computer, which is connected to my box.

    Good evening,

... the problem seems simple: The driver for your network card (... which allows you to access the Internet among other things) is not installed.

That's what I understood from reading the posts on the forum, but where can I find the corresponding driver and how do I install it?
Apparently, I'm missing the following drivers:

    Simplified communications PCI controller
    Network controller
    Ethernet controller

You just need to know the name of your network card (and the manufacturer) so you can go to the manufacturer's website or to TLD https://www.touslesdrivers.com/ to download the driver.

You just need to go to the system (Control Panel, System and Security, System and on the left you have Device Manager and normally you have the necessary information in the uninstalled drivers.

By performing the manipulation you just described, I end up with an "other device" with a question mark followed by three yellow exclamation points. Visually, here’s how it looks:

    Gaby-PC

    Mobile devices
    Other devices (?)
    (!) Network controller
    (!) Ethernet controller
    (!) PCI Simple Communications controller
    Batteries
    Graphics cards

    etc

And when I right-click on "other device," it doesn't tell me anything else...

So you're going to look at the name of the network controller and the ethernet controller.

For both, when I click on properties it shows me this:

    Device type: other devices
    Manufacturer: unknown

Maybe there is another way to find out their names?

Ask around your friends, family, etc. if they have a Wifi key...

Otherwise, which area do you live in??? :/ Let me know in a private message so if you live nearby I can give you one...

but even with a wifi key, I don’t see how that would solve the problem. Because I tried to test my iPhone with tethering and the computer doesn’t see it...

    So let me explain.
By plugging a Wi-Fi dongle into your computer, it will allow you to connect to your router and thus have internet access.
With a functional internet connection, you go to https://www.touslesdrivers.com/index.php?v_page=29, and this site will automatically detect the missing drivers and allow you to download them and then install them. So after the installation, your network card will be fine.
