Issue with the Badoo site

I met someone on Badoo

A few weeks ago, my boyfriend said "he had uninstalled the Badoo app from his iPhone 10

Indeed, his profile appeared as inactive on the site (I checked)

But for the past few days, this person is showing up online on Badoo again

And when I go to his profile, he is geolocated in cities where he works.

Badoo bug??

Hacking??

Or has this person really logged back into Badoo
