Issue with the dating site Je Contacte

I've been registered on the dating site "je contacte" for a few years, and everything was working perfectly. However, my profile seemed to be stuck; even when connected, I couldn’t do anything. As a result, I deleted it to create a new one, which worked for one week. I foolishly insisted on entering my username with a typo, and now I receive a message saying "too many connections, please wait and try again." But it's been over 24 hours, and I'm still getting the same message when I try to log in. My account isn’t blocked; it’s still active. A friend sent me a message and checked my profile. I sent them a message, but I've received no response, as usual. Many people are increasingly experiencing issues with accounts that disappear without understanding the reason.
