Hello,
For the past 2 days, I have not been able to connect to the CAF website using my PC and Wi-Fi. However, I can connect to other sites like CCM...
I have tried with Firefox, Chrome, and Edge with no results.
I have performed a restore with no results.
However, with another PC still on Wi-Fi, there is no problem.
Where does the problem come from?
Thank you for your help.

Hello,
https://caf.fr opens, but if we choose My account, I get a message saying "Site under Maintenance".
We therefore have to wait.
Hello, I have the same problem, all sites on my iPhone open except the CAF website, server not found.
Hello,
No, the CAF site is not under maintenance, and the problem is not on their end since I can connect to it without any issues from another PC and the same box...
I just tried, and it's the same thing. Address not found.
Thank you for your help.
1- Temporarily disable your antivirus.
2- Clear the cache of your browsers ==► Delete cookies: how to remove them in a web browser
3- Test in private browsing (Without extensions) ==► Private browsing: how to enable it
4- Restart the PC.
There was indeed a major spike when the CAF encountered issues that very day (in the afternoon).
Regarding '' maintenance '' for example, reported by @jee pee StatutModérateur, whom I greet by the way.

==► CAF outages reported over the last 24 hours
Your connection issue is probably something else.
Only connect on the PC that is having the issue, disconnect your other PC.
The goal is not to log in simultaneously 2 times with the same CAF account from 2 different PCs.

Hello,
I have tried the tests in <8> without any results...
As a reminder:
- on another PC: no problem
- on my PC, here is the message I receive:
Hmm, we can't find this site.
Unable to connect to the server at www.caf.fr.
If the entered address was correct, you can:
- Try again later
- Please check your network connection
- Check that Firefox is allowed to access the Web (your connection might be active but protected by a firewall)
Thank you for your follow-up.
Hello,
In your next message, provide the name of your antivirus and the version of Windows.

Hello,
Well, I really don’t understand anything at all.
Last night, just before my message, it wasn't working and I had the message I sent you. Yet at the same time, on another PC, I was able to access the CAF homepage without logging in...
This evening, habitually, I tried to log in to the CAF site and there... it works!
I tried on Firefox (which I often use), Chrome (which I rarely use), and Edge (which I never use) without any issues on all 3 browsers.
Thanks anyway, pistouri, for your help.
Even though I didn’t do anything. Just put the PC to sleep after closing it...
Hello,
Indeed, as strangely as it happened, you can now log in to the CAF website.
Perhaps there were some updates on the PC, but you would have mentioned that, as well as Firefox, there was an update yesterday, but that doesn't explain the 2 other browsers.
I don't know which account this should be put under, maybe a mischievous angel :-)
Check in the coming days if you can still log in, thanks for the feedback.
