Xbox Game Pass key on Kinguin

Hello, recently I wanted to buy an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate key. I did my research on the internet and came across the site kinguin.net which sold them for much cheaper than Microsoft. Are the keys sold on Kinguin legal or are they pirated/stolen keys? Thank you in advance and I apologize for any spelling mistakes.

    You should start by carefully reading the Terms & Conditions..

    This kinguin is nothing but a petty Market Place under H.K law (China) showcasing a bunch of various items for sale by third-party sellers. The reliability of such a bazaar depends on the seller.

    These T&C contain the classic 'disclaimer' denying any responsibility in case of problems.. The careless buyer must sort things out directly with the seller.. No means of recourse will be available in case of disputes (mostly Asian sellers..).

    It's quite likely that the coveted keys are 'fraudulent' given the price. No miracles to expect..

    Personally, I don't 'feel' this dodgy site..
