Badoo: lost username and password

Hello,

I am using the following configuration:
Windows Vista / Firefox 26.0

URGENT!
Signed up by mistake on Badoo via Facebook, I changed my ISP and therefore changed my email address. My old email address is no longer valid for Badoo.
I have also lost the password to access my Badoo account.

I would like to delete my Badoo profile, but how can I do that in this case?

If you have any answers, I thank you because Badoo is USELESS!

      I don't see what the link to Badoo has to do with this...

      Another thing: when I enter my new email address, I'm told to log in with the email address I used for registration.
      My question is: how can you receive a new password if the email address is no longer valid???
      There's something I don't get here...

      My problem isn't resolved and furthermore, I'm getting phone calls from men talking to me about Badoo, etc...

      Help, I do not want to be on Badoo anymore!!!

      The link probably means that in order to unsubscribe, you first need to log in and then go to your profile
      Also check if there is a "Help" folder that provides information on how to do it...

      I tried using a different email address and forgot my password.

      Result: Badoo sends me an email to change the password but when I click on their link, a message appears: webpage inaccessible...

      It's frustrating...
