Retrieve initial audio file creation date

Hello

If I record an audio with my phone and then select a few minutes of that file and modify its creation date, is it possible to later retrieve the initial creation date, down to the day and time of the recording, with certainty?

    Hello,

    You can try using MediaInfo on Windows.

    It is included in the K-Lite Mega Codec Pack.

    It depends on

    1. If the date was recorded at the beginning

    2. If it hasn't been modified afterwards.

    You should test to find out, so install MediaInfo and right-click > Send To > MediaInfo
