Internet number NSN / Switzerland

Hello, Swisscom refuses to give me the NSN number for the internet connection of the new provider. The previous owner of the house does not have the number and the new operator cannot find it with the old phone numbers, address, or information from the previous owner.

The electrician told me to search and open the T+T box outside the house, next to the entrance. There I would find the number.

The problem is, I can't find this box. It's a house from the late '70s, and some renovations have been done.

Question: where could I find this box if it’s not next to the entrance, and I have already walked around the house?

Hello Angelo, if you don't have a nsn. You need the landline number of the previous tenant. Or with the name of the last tenant, the supplier can find it.
