Hello there!

I have a little problem: my daughter has cracked her laptop screen.

Here is my question: do we have to use the same part number for the screen?

Because on the website where I bought it, they don't have it, and I can't find it anywhere.

Here is some information about the laptop:

"Laptop Screen HL4005H I 40-48A" (14.1" screen)

Ultrabook - THOMSON NEO14 - 14.1" HD - Intel® Celeron™ - 4GB RAM - 64GB eMMC SSD - Windows 10 S - AZERTY.

Hello, there are several sites that sell tiles, check out Amazon and yes, you need the same tile.

Before buying, if available, I think it would be better to contact the seller to ensure that the "purchased" tile will fit in place of the broken one

I'm getting back to you because I can't find it at all, I've checked several sites and nothing with the original reference.

Even the seller of the PC doesn't have it.

LCD PANEL FOR THOMSON NEO14C LAPTOP

My husband ordered a panel but the connector is too small, yet he spoke to the seller on the phone who told him it was fine.

Personally, I am very disappointed because the PC is not even 1 month old, in short....

I don't know what to do with this PC.

My question today is how can I know which connector it is?

Can you provide the exact reference for this PC ... brand and exact model with all the letters and numbers (perhaps on the invoice) because there are apparently several models and it's a bit difficult to find a screen that corresponds exactly to this PC.

Do you have the possibility or not to return the purchased screen to the seller?

Can you let me know which site you purchased this screen from?

Yes, I already called the PC dealer, they don't have it, and neither does the one from whom I bought the new screen.

Regarding my purchase, it was on the Cdiscount website.

And my husband ordered the new screen again on Cdiscount, but it doesn't have the same connector.

PC info:

Ultrabook - THOMSON NEO14 - 14.1" HD

Model: N14C4WH64 - NOTEBOOK CELERON 4+64 WHITE - Serial number PX1390776102232

And no, the invoice doesn't have much written on it.

I suggest you get in touch with the website I mentioned earlier, which specializes in selling new or refurbished screens, unlike Cdiscount, which rarely sells screens in my opinion or socks ...... and it's not at all certain that they will take back the screen they sold you that is non-compliant ... but I hope so for you .....


So, you should contact the website either by phone or email, providing the exact references of your PC, and in my opinion, you should get a solid response .... don't forget to ask if they take back the screen purchased on their advice if it turns out not to be compliant upon receipt.
