    Hello,

A panel and a screen are the same thing...

The screen of this 15" laptop is mounted in the lid of the laptop...
This screen is an LCD panel with LED backlighting.

The lid is made of two plastic half-shells screwed and clipped together, the panel of the screen is sandwiched between the two... this part remains delicate and fragile during opening and closing manipulations. Especially if the hand applies pressure on a corner instead of doing it in the center of the lid.

Ah okay, thanks. When I said "dalle," I was indeed referring to the two layers of plastic that sandwich the screen. By the way, I've been told that when I plug in the laptop and play at the same time, it heats up, which causes the adhesive holding the screen to come loose.
