Red frame around cells + EMPTY!!!

It's very difficult to explain clearly! I must have activated a function by mistake!

In the spreadsheets, a red border appears around the edited cells and a framed info box shows up just by hovering over the cell (without clicking): with the current date, time, and the info "cell J30 modified from <<empty>> with the written content of the cell."

Moreover, the SORT function is no longer working!!!

In short, it's a total disaster that I can't get out of.

    I found it !!

    I had inadvertently clicked on "track changes" which results in this red box on all the cells we worked on. It displays similar to a comment with the history of the cell's content !! If we've written, in this cell Michel, then a correction with 18549, then a re-correction with BBBBBB, we see this repeated detail in the display !!! What is the purpose? Who knows?!

    Note that this is only active on one sheet, the other sheets of the workbook do not have this very disturbing display !!!

    To deactivate this function, you need to go to Edit / Track Changes / click again on Record.
