Hello, my continental Edison TV is stuck
in the USB menu (media), how can I unlock this problem? I cannot go to source to access HDMI
the remote control is new and I thought the other one was broken, so I threw it away. I have a new one; I can only turn it on but I can't turn it off. If you have a solution, I’m interested because it’s impossible to reach the brand’s customer service
Thank you in advance

Hello, excuse me, I see the publication date, but did you find a solution? I have exactly the same problem ???? thank you very much
I can't find a manual for this model.
There should normally be at least one manual control button on one of the sides of the television or underneath (to the left or right).
If you're still having trouble, the solution is to get a new remote specifically for this type of television.
Clearly, your universal remote isn't working; have you programmed it correctly?
What is the reference (brand and model) of your remote?

Hello
Here are some steps you can try to unlock the USB menu on your television:
-
Check that your remote control is properly configured for your television. If you are using a universal remote, make sure it is set up correctly for your TV model.
-
Try resetting your TV by pressing the reset button if your TV has one. Refer to your TV user manual for instructions on the location of this button.
-
Check that you haven't enabled a lock or password on your television. If you have forgotten the password, you may need to contact the manufacturer for assistance.
-
Make sure your television is properly connected to your content source (such as a Blu-ray player or set-top box). Ensure that the HDMI cables are securely connected and that the HDMI ports being used on your TV and content source are in good condition.
I hope these tips help you unlock the USB menu on your television. If you need further assistance, feel free to reach out.

Hello,
What model is this Continental Edison?
There is probably a way to operate it manually on the television itself.
Note: A television placed on a radiator, I don't think that's very conducive to its proper functioning.

Good evening, I had the same issue and tonight I found a solution elsewhere on a forum. You just need to access the hotel mode of the TV using a password, which is usually 1 2 3 4 or 0000; for me, it was the second case.
Then, you need to select the HDMI mode, which is activated as soon as you turn on the TV. After that, you turn it off and turn it back on, and it’s good; it goes directly to HDMI.
