Sound issue with Redmi Note 10

Hello,

I have a problem whenever I try to listen to music, and I can't find a way to resolve it. As soon as I play something, the sound comes out of the phone as well as through my headphones (bluetooth, I’ve tried two different ones, but also wired), and despite scouring the phone settings, I don't know what to do anymore.

The sound therefore comes out simultaneously through the phone's speakers, making the headphones/earbuds completely useless...

Is it possible to unlock it?

After research, I found that it's a software problem. I have eliminated many applications without success.

Whether I connect a BT headset (speaker or headphones) or use the jack, regardless of the application (radio, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp, podcast, etc.), my Redmi 10pro sends sound to both the speakers and the connected device simultaneously.

It didn't last long.

An Android update fixed the issue that disappeared as suddenly as it had come up.

It resolved itself without any action on my part. I didn't understand what happened.
A system update must have taken place.

Yes Spotify. I also looked at the app settings and I don't see what is causing the bug

Let's go back to the headphones. What model? Is your headset properly paired with your smartphone?

Just for info: I use wireless bluetooth earbuds with an application other than the one mentioned. I import my music files from the PC to the smartphone.

I have a JBL, but I tried it with a Bose, and with wired headphones and encountered the same problem every time.

We also tried my headphones on another phone and there were no issues. So it must be coming from the phone.
