Dark spots on TV screen

Hello,
since yesterday we have noticed 2 small spots at the bottom of our 55-inch TV which is not even a year and a half old. These spots are clearly visible on light images and much less on dark images. I would like to use the warranty but I was wondering if the TV has a panel issue or if it could be a humidity problem since my daughter wiped it with a wrung sponge anyway, so I find it hard to believe that water could penetrate the panel. I will leave it off for at least 24 hours, in any case the spots have not changed since yesterday. Can humidity cause this kind of spots? Thank you for your advice.

Leakage issue or 2 broken LEDs if it's an edge.
Disassembly in a clean room is mandatory.

Good evening
Thank you for the response. Since then, I contacted Hitachi customer service and after several contacts and photos, they told me there was a sealing defect, so no warranty for that. Of course, that's the best answer for them, and I don't know if it's an edge LED, but for the price, I think it is an edge LED. To be sure, I need to open it at my expense because these stains can be cleaned, even if these stains are quite circular. I'm thinking about the sealing, and I don't know how much it costs for disassembly, so I will inquire. For the moment, it's status quo, and I will proceed with cleaning my screens using the proper protocol (special product on a microfiber cloth). But it's true that it's the first time this has happened, yet I have always cleaned the screens with a damp sponge. Thanks again for your response. Best regards.
