Hello.

I received a SENNHEISER Momentum 4 headset as a gift two weeks ago when I'm writing this message, and I don't know why, but now it won't turn on despite the fact that it connects to my phone, and it produces no sound. The white lights don't turn on when I try to power it on, but they do light up when I put the headset on charge. I tried removing it from the list of paired devices, which was a big mistake because now I can't pair it again. Can you please help me? I already tried sending this message, so I'm trying again.

If it charges normally for at least 30 minutes and still doesn't turn on at all, the issue is probably hardware-related.
I see that other users on English forums have encountered the same problem.
Some say that the "reset" helped resolve the issue at least temporarily, whether it’s the 3 or the 4.

There is some sort of help here, not for your model but probably similar.

Otherwise, return to the seller for the warranty.

Connectez vos MOMENTUM True Wireless à l'application Smart Control. Si vos MOMENTUM True Wireless sont connectés à l'application Sennheiser Smart Control et qu'une mise à jour est disponible, l'application vous proposera la mise à jour. L'état actuel de la version du firmware est affiché sous Paramètres de l'appareil dans l'application.
