Hello,

I would like to permanently delete numbers from my Logicom phone.

But if I understand correctly, I need to go to the PLUS, DELETE keys, etc... but I can't seem to find them, please.

Thank you for your help.

Best regards,

MM

Very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room.
Especially when it isn't there...

What model is this Logicom phone?

You want to delete a number, but where should this deletion occur? It's up to you to specify.

There are saved numbers:

In the directory = Deletion of the contact = deletion of the associated number

In the call log (the last 10 received calls)

In the redial list (the last 5 numbers you dialed)

Thank you

No, it's a number that calls very often and I want to get rid of it, please.

This is a whole different ball game...

This phone does not have a blacklist feature to block a number that calls you.

You need to activate the "call filtering" and let the phone ring; if the caller begins to leave a message, you can answer. (see manual on page 18)

Which provider do you have for this landline phone?

Only a few operators offer blocking solutions. Most of the time, you have to use an external device like a "Callblocker".
