SINGLE CARTRIDGE PRINTING

Hello, how can I get my 2 cartridges (1 black and 1 color) recognized by my HP printer? The single cartridge printing works if I remove the black cartridge; otherwise, if I try with both, I get a message saying the cartridges are not compatible.

Could you please help me? I've been struggling for days and I'm getting nowhere!!!!

    HP5530 ALL IN ONE printer

    The cartridges are original 301

    at HP, the ink cartridges have the number 61 ==> click here

    the cartridges with the number 301 can be found on Tincko (for example) ==> click here

    that said, they should work

    I think one of the two cartridges is defective/misaligned
