Hello,
I am trying to export a Word file with a size of 9 inches by 6 inches using PDF Creator under Microsoft Word 2000. Despite my efforts to set the page format in the PDF printer or software (notably by choosing a custom paper size in the printer properties), I continually end up with PDF files in A4 format or another size that does not match my desired dimensions.
Why is the PDF not being created according to the Word layout settings?
How can we customize the PDF format so that it matches the format of my Word file?
Thank you in advance,
Jul

You need to go through the Windows print server ("Control Panel", then "Printers and Faxes").
In the "File" menu, select "Server Properties".
Check "Create a new form", and specify its dimensions (Note: always mention the smallest dimension as width, and the largest as height), then confirm by clicking on "Save Form".
Once you have saved a form with the same dimensions as the document you want to convert to PDF, pdfcreator will automatically choose this form to create your file.
