TV box SFR problem sound TCL TV

Hello,

I just subscribed to a fixed fiber box with SFR. When I connect the TV box to the TCL TV, I get an image but no sound.

Can you help me?

    Have you solved your problem please?

    I have the same issue and I have been battling with SFR technical support for more than a month, changing cables, the box 7, resetting... Nothing works. The TV sound works, no issues on Netflix, my canal and YouTube. As soon as I switch to the SFR box I have the picture but no sound. It’s driving me crazy, I’m not going to replace the TV, it’s new. TCL model as well.

      Same problem here.

      A technician came to our place and installed an old box so we could at least have sound by connecting through the soundbar (we had tried changing the cables before, but it didn’t help).

      And one day, as if by magic, without doing anything at all, the sound appeared on the TV. We kept the old box for fear of losing the sound again.

      The same problem. I get the sound back by restarting the TCL TV via the settings. I’m waiting for SFR to call back to find a solution.
