TCL TV 55DP660 HDR10 Notification Issue

Hello,
I am contacting you because I have a TCL 55DP660 TV for 2 years and recently I bought a PS5. I have a small issue when I play or watch Netflix; a box appears indicating "HDM2 3840X2160@60hz HDR10 | PQ16" that comes up every 5 minutes (sometimes less, sometimes more, nothing fixed), which pulls me out of the game or movie (and hides information for the games). I would like to know if there is an option to disable this notification? (I'm not sure how to name this box).
I want to specify that I do not have this issue when I watch Netflix directly on the TV without going through the PS5.

Sorry to bump the post, but does anyone else have the same issue? Or a solution? I've searched in English and French but can't find anything, and it's impossible to get a response from TCL :(

3840 x 2160 is Ultra HD (4K) this is in theory what your TV can display
Check the video output format of your PS5

Thank you for your response. Unfortunately, I checked the settings on my PS5, and even when I set it to 1080P, the numbers change, but my issue does not change. This small rectangle providing information regularly returns on the screen, even though the format or channel does not change. During a game or movie, this is quite annoying.

little update following several tests.
I was able to test with a PS4 Pro and I have the exact same issue. with or without HDR enabled, whatever the resolution, I think I've tested all the options. I don't know what to do, it's just frustrating that even TCL doesn't respond.

I don't know if a moderator or someone has the rights to delete a post; you can delete this one since it doesn't lead to anything anyway. I can't find anyone with the same issue, and even TCL doesn't seem inclined to respond to me.

However, your HDMI cable is indeed a compatible HDMI cable
in other words, is it a high-speed HDMI 2.0 or 2.1 cable

Cable supplied by Sony with the Playstation 5, so yes, it is indeed a 2.1 cable :)

Haha no worries :) you tried, that's already nice. I tried turning on and off all the settings in a "secret" menu of my TV but nothing works. The only time I don't have it anymore is when I activate the factory Hotkey which shows white writing with a lot of info at the bottom right of the screen like the serial number, etc. But then I remove that rectangle and I put something even worse :p

Have you renamed the name of the HDMI? Because if you leave HDMI 1 or HDMI 2 uncustomized, it doesn't work anymore. In any case, that was the case for me. ????‍♂️????‍♀️

Hello  I have exactly the same issue with my Xbox One and a TCL U55C7006  I suspect it might be micro interruptions in the HDMI signal due to a somewhat inadequate cable...
