Hello, it's been a week since my account was temporarily disabled. What should I do? I need some advice, please.

On iPhone, you need to erase all data as if you just bought the phone.

Hello, I completely reset my phone, I tried and it still doesn't work. I went to Apple and they told me that only Snapchat can unlock it, but when I contact Snapchat, they respond with an automated message... good luck.

How did you contact Snap? I have a different access problem, like I can log in on all the devices I want except my phone, my access has been blocked for 2 months!! I'm really fed up, I've contacted them I don't know how many times and it's really annoying!!

I have a solution

I've had the same problem on the iPhone 11 since the end of December. I just tried again and it's still not working. I'm thinking I’ll wait 6 months, maybe it will work again, so I’ll try at the end of June.

Anyway, someone gave me a tip that I can't do yet because I need to reset and back up the data, but I still can't back up all my photos, so I haven't done it yet.

Basically, you need to reset, then create a new Apple account by setting the region to Guadeloupe, put some random number, I don't know if you can use yours, once that's done, install Snap, log in, then change your Apple ID back to your old (current) one.

Normally that should work, I think that’s it. BUT YOU MUST NOT LOG OUT FOR 6 MONTHS. I was told after that, I think it's fine to change your Snap account and everything, but not in the first 6 months.
