Computer stuck on rebooting

Hello,

During a Windows update, I encountered an issue and it could not be completed. Since then, when I start my computer, I end up on a black screen with "Acer explore beyond limits" and below "restarting". The computer does not go any further and turns off then restarts.

Could you please help me recover my computer?

I am currently preparing a USB drive to reinstall Windows but I'm not sure if that will change anything.

Thank you in advance,

    Hello.

Create a Windows 11 installation media, connect a USB drive of at least 8 GB to your PC, download this tool from Microsoft, open the tool, and then create your USB drive containing Windows 11:

Once your drive is created, connect it to your PC and boot from the USB drive. On the screen that appears, click on Repair your computer to access the Windows recovery options. Perform a system restore, or if that is not possible, reset Windows 11.

If that doesn’t work, reinstall Windows 11 by checking this page.

Thank you for your response. I am in the process of creating the installation support.

Could you please clarify when you say "boot from your USB drive," I plug in the USB drive and then start the computer, is that correct?

Yes, that's right, the key needs to be first in the boot order in the BIOS.
