Gigaset AS690h no incoming or outgoing calls

Hello,
We have a GIGASET AS690H trio. One of the handsets (number 3) no longer allows us to make or receive calls. After taking it off its base, it turns off after a few seconds.
When placed back on its base, it takes a minute for its screen to turn on again. The battery level is at maximum.
On its base, we can scroll through the entire menu without any difficulty.
Note: this handset rings like the others, normally!!!
Can someone help us so that we can use this handset again?

The batteries of this device are worn out, unable to sustainably provide the necessary power.
Please replace them.

Is the trio GIGASET AS690H still under warranty (2 years from the date of purchase)?
