Hello, I just bought a Gigaset AS690h phone duo, I have saved my regular contacts in the directory, yet when I receive a call, "external call" is displayed instead of the name. This is very disappointing because I changed my phone specifically for this feature. Thank you for helping me resolve this issue.

Have you validated the caller ID presentation with your operator?
