Unable to get rid of the xpcom error

Hello,

I can't get rid of the Firefox "couldn't load xpcom" error.

I’ve followed all the steps to reset the profile, uninstalled via Revo Uninstaller, reinstalled, ran ADW Cleaner, etc., etc.

I even deleted all the Mozilla/Firefox directories, but nothing works. Still the same error upon restart.

I’m on Windows 7.

Do you have any idea what more I can do, please?

I have already completed all the steps from Malekal and it didn't work.

I will try to open a similar question on the Microsoft forum you suggested.
