Hello,
I am on Seven and I have an issue with Firefox, a message appears when I try to connect with Firefox. "Couldn't load XPCOM" which translates to "Unable to load XP.COM."
I am considering uninstalling Firefox and reinstalling it? Is that the right solution?

Hello. Uninstallation can indeed solve this problem, but first follow this link. A reset can fix this issue
