Internet and TV outages

Hello, since I moved in June to St Gilles (Vendée) with Free as my provider and fiber installation, I keep experiencing micro cuts in internet and television despite the intervention of technicians about ten times and changing all the equipment: box, power supply, etc. Do you have any advice because I really don’t know what to do anymore? Thank you.

Hello,

one of the big problems is the transmission to the TV... especially over Wi-Fi... and depending on the other Wi-Fi signals around your place and other radio emissions...

Also, fiber optic is still quite new in Vendée, and not everything is fully operational yet...

But in these technical matters, we don't work based on feelings... We need numbers... and references...

1° what is the speed of your contract? And what is the actual speed measured on your line, with a wired RJ45 connection between the back of your BOX and a PC (Wi-Fi turned off) on the Nperf site.. https://www.nperf.com/fr/

2° how many devices are connected in your house to this BOX... TV, tablet, phone, PS games and others, alarm, PC, video surveillance,

3° Implementation... for example: Box in the basement... and TV on the first floor...

4° on which TV service does this problem occur... Netflix... Prime... Canal... TF1, chéri25 etc..

5° what is the model of the BOX? What is the model of the decoder? What is the model of the TV? How is the TV connected to the decoder?

6° what type of intervention did these technicians perform? Probably "subcontractors"
