Hello,
I use Smule. I like high-quality recordings. So to improve the recordings, I bought a Rode SC6 adapter that allows me to connect a headphone and an external microphone. The problem is as follows: When I record, the internal microphone of my Samsung is polluting the sound of the external microphone. I wrote to and called Samsung's service, which just responded that the microphone is not compatible. Since the Rode adapter allows for compatibility, this answer does not satisfy me. What is the solution? Ideally, the internal microphone should be disabled, but according to Samsung, this is not possible. Thank you, I hope you can help me.
Configuration: Android / Chrome 79.0.3945.116

Hello, I sang several songs, about twenty, with a cheap little headset and everything was fine. Then I resumed singing, and when I listened to my recording, it sounded like a voice that had been distorted. So I thought I needed to pay for what I had done, but it didn't change anything. This is what I am talking about from yesterday, and I tried with two other identical earphones. I, of course, sent a message the day before yesterday, but I still haven't received a response.
