    Hi

Do you no longer have the incompatible driver message when you want to enable memory integrity?

    Do this:

Plug the PC into the power outlet

    Close all your running programs

In the search bar, type CMD and click on ==> Run as administrator

In the command prompt, type or copy/paste this CMD ==> Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth and hit Enter

At the end of the scan, you will see a message saying "the operation was successful"

Then, type this command ==> SFC /SCANNOW and hit Enter

WARNING: there is 1 space between SFC and /

At the end of the scan, check if it found/did not find/fixed any system files

    Hello and thank you

I still have the incompatible driver message when I want to enable memory integrity.

I have followed the requested steps and I still get the message:

    hi

Do you now advise me to leave my file as .old or to change it back to .sys?

If you rename it to .Sys, you will get the incompatible driver error message.

Have you checked if you have any issues with the Bluetooth connected devices?

There is no driver beyond W8.1 for the device ==> click here

    Hello

I don't have all my Bluetooth devices with me because I'm traveling, but the main ones are working perfectly.

    Thank you

However, I don't understand what you mean by:

there is no driver beyond W8.1 for the device ==> click here

    ?

Do I need to install a new driver according to you?

    Hi

I don't have all my Bluetooth devices with me because I'm traveling, but the main ones are working perfectly.

You will check that all your Bluetooth devices are working when you're back home.

As for the driver, I meant to say that there isn't one for W10, and you don't need to install a new driver.

    See you later

If you can wait, that's nice, but... I won't be home for a few weeks or even a few months :)

    Thank you
