Hisense TV Image Issue

Hello everyone!

I have a big problem with my Hisense 55-inch TV.

Initially, there was an issue with the backlight strip, but they have been replaced and are new. The problem, as you can see in the photo, is that I have several horizontal bands, but the major issue is that the right side has the correct colors while the left side is a disaster. The image is dark in shades of gray and when I navigate through a menu or watch TV, the image takes a long time to disappear. Basically, it creates a blur as if the screen has become slow.

Do you know what this might be due to?
