Static noise on HISENSE TV

Hello, for the past two days I have been experiencing loud crackling sounds that block the audio. I'm forced to change the channel to stop this problem. It's a shame I can't upload a video of the issue. Thank you all in advance.

    Hello and thank you, I thought the box and the cable were new from last night, because the box was heating up a lot.

      Try watching TV via an antenna (DTT); if the problem disappears, it means the TV is not to blame.
