Hisense LCD TV turns on and off immediately!

Hello,
I have a little problem, or rather a big one, with my Hisense TV that turns on but the screen immediately goes off after powering up. The LED stays blue, I have sound but no picture. I opened it up, replaced a capacitor that was bulging on the video board, but the problem persists. If anyone has any ideas about my issue, I would appreciate it. I don't see any other bulging capacitors.
